We are Deborah Silvey, and Chris Burbridge—we’re two Avatar Masters who live in Northern California.
Deborah is a retired educator, who taught reading, English, and writing and Diablo Valley College for 25 years. She has been interested and concerned in our planet’s well being for decades, and wants to bring more compassion to the world.
She’s also Chris’ mother.
Chris is a web designer (chrisburbridge.com), who has been wanting to help the world get on a better path since he was a kid.
In the early 1980′s, when he was in Junior High, Deborah got involved in the Nuclear Freeze movement, trying to reduce the Cold War danger of destruction between the United States and the Soviet Union. This inspired him a lot.
He has always sought out the best ways possible, not only to help himself grow, but to help the world, grow. He has seen more potential for this in The Avatar course, than in any other path so far.
